On Sunday, we left Bristol; for London. We stayed at the Grand Amsterdam Hotel. On monday, we got up and had our continental breakfast. We then got our things and caught the tube to Greenwich; a port area and at the moment a paralympic venue too. When we got there we went to the old naval college and had a look at all the things there. We then went through a metal detector and into the maratime museum for a quick look at all the things they had there; we had pizza for lunch. We then proceeded to go up a steep hill to get to the Greenwich Observatory; GMT: Greenwich Mean Time; lattitude: how long a distance is North or South from Greenwich. We had a look at all the telescopes and things in the observatory and also had a photo on lattitude 0.00.00.
Late that night we had dinner with Mum's old friend Nikki and her husband Chris at a turkish restaurant. It was lovely.
The next day after our breakfast we caught the tube to Big Ben and saw it, parliment house, Westminster Abbey and some big church. After that, we visited Hardys, an old fashioned lolly shop that is similar to honeydukes from the Harry Potter books, and bought some lollies. Then mum made us walk to St Paul's Cathedral, it took AGES to get there.
Later that night we went to a steak house with Rick and Wendy. It was very tasty.
